Hi, Trailblazers.  Our team is in contract negotiations with a few existing Accounts for the creation of agreements to replace existing/expired documents.  I am interested in hearing from this group how they would manage the work/activities associated with this new contract.   

 

Should we create an Opportunity under the existing Account?  Should we create a new Contract Record under the Account and manage through Activities?

 

Appreciate the feedback from this group.

    Hi John,

     

    For new contracts, you can create a new record under an existing account.

     

    By managing the work can you tell me what kind of functionality are you trying to achieve here?
