Hi guys,
I am getting this error when I try to save a Case record (under a record type called 'Complaint').
I believe this has something to do with the Assignment process?

This error does not seem like an access error, more like the wrong ID is in a lookup. Maybe this entitlement is not associated to the same account as the case?
