Bringing in Quote related list to Order

My org has a shipping rate object that we use with the Quote object to request Rates. The Rate object is attached to the quote as a related list. I'm trying to bring the same info in the related list into the order. 

 

So far I have a lookup running from Order -> Rate, lookup from Rate -> Order. The former let me attach a Rate related list to the order, but it is empty. So it needs a prompt to fill it. How do I pull the quote's related list data?

    Hi Geordie, 

     

    When creating the rate record from the quote related list if you fill in the order lookup field then the rate record will show up in the order record in the related list.
