Requiring Login for Survey Force

I have implemented Survey Force in my org, however, it is requiring a login to complete the survey. Is there a way to make this available?

Hi Maddy,

Can you provide us the link of that survey? Is it something like "https://c.naXX.visual.force.com/"?

You need the link to be to your public facing site, something along the lines of https://mycompany.force.com/ or whatever you named your force.com site.
