filter operator refrences

right now my reports only let me add fileds that have " includes,excludes, greater than or less than..

my question is where do i go ADD other references like CONTAINS, does not contain ETC... can you direct me please?

Can you provide some context? The options availiable in the Field Filter is determined by the datatype of the Field selected
