I enabled the "Show Queue Position" option in the snap in, but this feature is actually showing up at the begining of the bot initialization and because the snap in is conneting to a bot, the message it shows is "you are Up Next" and the Bot coversation starts. But my requiredment is, after a coversation with bot, if the customer decides to chat with an agent, then show the queue position to the customer. Is there a way to capture this event and show the queue position ?
