SFDC_31204 [FATAL ERROR] A fault is received in an update request:SERVER_UNAVAILABLE: Request timed out waiting for connection

Hi,

 

 

 

when I am reading from /writing to salesforce I am getting following and occasionally it is arising. 

 

 

 

ERROR in Log file:

SFDC_31204 [2019-02-25 18:30:44.923] [FATAL] A fault is received in an update request.  Fault code [sf:SERVER_UNAVAILABLE].  Fault subcode [sf:SERVER_UNAVAILABLE].  Reason [SERVER_UNAVAILABLE: Request timed out waiting for connection: [config 1,000ms, actual 1,001ms] currentCheckoutReason=Sessions node=11 poolType=STANDARD

 

DB Patching ongoing: false].

 

 

 

at the same time three more other instances trying to access the Salesforce API.

 

 

 

I hope I will get an answer soon.

    Hi Panabaka,

     

    Are you doing it via any api or happening in the UI? Check the Limit usage for your org for the APIs.

     

    It looks like a salesforce Internal Error. I will suggest raise a case with Salesforce to debug more on this.
