I changed my e-mail address on this website:
https://cgifederal.secure.force.com
but it doesn't work. I still have to log in with my old e-mail address. There is no information on this page where to ask for help. And when I was changing this address I got a message that Salesforce stores this data. CGI Inc. that theoretically operates this website did not respond to my problem. Can someone help me?

Your Salesforce Username and the Email Address on your User record are 2 different things.
a person's Salesforce Username can be a person's Email address, but it does not need to be an actual Email address, a Username just need to be in the "format" of an Email Address" like "sometext@something.org"
It sould like you just updated the Email that is linked to your user detail record, that's what your Salesforce org uses to deliver Passwrd resests, Email alerts, and stuff like that
