I have a query regarding Partner Community

I have implimented this "Ask button" feature into my partner community.But when I am trying to select Post to (first field in the screenshot) nothing is being displayed.How to get the values populated there?

Have I missed anything.Has anybody used this feature before?...Kindly help me.
