I need to remove one of the fields from Lightning Page.How do I do that?

I am trying to remove one of the fields from Lightning PAge.Actually field has already been removed from the PAge layout.So it is not getting displayed in Classic mode.Now in Lightning mode when I check the field is still present.I tried to remove it through Action layout,but still it is present.I tried to remove to from Lightning record page but I am not getting how to remove it.Kindly someone please help.

    A few things to check:

     

    Have you removed it from all Page Laylouts? 

     

    Have you checked the Page Layout Assignments? 

     

    Have you cleared your browser cache?
