Using Ideas without a community

Does anyone know of a way to use Ideas without using communities or of a separate feature that is similar to Ideas? Looking for a way to gather feature requests in org where our agents can upvote and downvote without having to login to a community. I've tried searching the appexchange but did not find anything.

    You can use ideas internally, with the big issue being that it is available in Classic only (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=ideas_about.htm&type=5). We used to use it at a previous company to gather requests for internal Salesforce features, but we were in Classic at the time.

    You could create your own Lightning components to interact with the Ideas framework, but that would be a pretty heavy development effort.
