The Contact has three options for the 'Health Status' fields: Green, Yellow, Red. This is a formula field that is updated based on pre-defined criteria.
I want to make it so when an Event is created, it stamps the 'Health Status' field with Green, Yellow or Red. This should not be changed as the value on the Contact field changes. It should only capture this field value at time of the Event creation.
Right now, the 'Health Status' field on the event is a picklist, but can be changed if needed. This field will not be editable by any user.
Please let me know if anyone as a good resolution (flow, process builder).

Ines - I've tried using a workflow field update and process builder but it's not looking up to the Contact so I'm not sure how to make the connection.
Amnon - All Contacts will have a value in the Health Status field. I'm not familiar with creating flows but I will attempt it!
