Salesforce Inbox sharing settings

I am no longer prompted to save sent emails from my gmail against objects in Salesforce. When i try and manually save emails to Salesforce I get a message "Salesforce sharing settings are not avialable at this time. Please try again later." The setting tab has changed and integration is no longer an option. See attached screenshot.

No, I found the problem and fixed it instead. The culprit for us was Einstein Activity Capture. After deactivating it everything works fine for everyone. Since EAC automatically log email messages and events in Salesforce records the ability to log manually was deactivated.
