We receive requests from customers via the email2case function. Often they come with a spare parts list. This was created in Word, Excel or Outlook and is displayed correctly in the case. If we answer to this case, then we have reached the maximum character limit. Because the table was converted to HTML and a lot of characters were created. We have already increased the limit with Salesforce, but it is too low for us. Is there a workaround here? outlook integration?

    As per official documentation, your alternative might be sending emails from Activity History - limit there is over 10 times bigger than from Case feed:

    You can also contact support team to request the 'Maximum clob field length for Email TextBody and HtmlBody'
