I know a similary topics was alread posted but it doesn't help me, so probably you could :)
I'm looking for giving access to only one field on a service contract object. To specific users with a permission set. Here is the configuration :
- Profile A = Read & View all on the object
- Permission set = Read & Edit on Object + Read and Edit on the field
- OWD = Public read only
After doing this, I can edit only the field i would. But when I'm trying to save, i have this error message "insufficient access rights on object id"
I want this could be open for this profile, wathever the owner.

Hi Tony,
To acheive this requirement, you can either change the OWD of your object to Public Read/Write or create a sharing rule to share the records.
