Kris Webster a posé une question dans #Data Management
Okay guys this is going to be a fun one.. I am trying to create a way to track the number of times a sales rep contacts a lead before the lead becomes qualified or disqualified. I am thinking of creating a button that is titled "Touch Made" that sits on the lead page so that every time the sales rep makes a touch he/she can click this button. This will then auto update a field on the page called "# of touches" by the value of 1 every time a touch is made. This way we can have a total count of touches. Is this possible? And if so how would I go about it. THANKS IN ADVANCE

    Hi Kris,

Why don't you use the Log a call button? It is a pre-existing feature with Salesforce, and is designed for this purpose. You can create a field that counts the number of times a Sales Rep logs a call. You can build a process builder process to automatically fill and increment the # in the field by 1, everytime a new call is logged.

    Thanks,
