But it does not seem to work for me. I am thinking that it could be becasue of the error I revieved when creating the flow. Saying that the flow was not attachrd to a start element. Has anyone had any success with this ?

That dosen't look like an error to me. It looks like it's just telling you that there is not another step connected to that first one. Is it still not working for you?
