Question

Hi fellow Trailblazers! I've been stuck on this challenge for quite a long time. First I had issues with downloading the Dashboards, couldnt log a case so had to get a twitter account to get support. In the end they downloaded the dashboards for me but I still can't log a case. So community is my only hope!

I am stuck on the pie chart section of this challenge. I've learnt that you can only get pie charts in Classic version. So have done that, however it will not let me edit the chart at all. What am I doing wrong?

No option for me to edit the dashboard.

This is what the dashboard looks like when I click on it (I change it to dougnut version in lightening as it was closest to pie)

When I click on the report, I can edit the report version of the chart to a pie format however it doesnt feed through to the dashboard. What to do? User-added image

Did you edit the dashboard in Lightning first? If so, I'm almost positive you won't be able to edit the dashboard component in Classic. You may want to reinstall the app.

Hi Raynor, you were right thanks for the tip.    For anyone else stuck on this challenge. You need to:   - Setup a developer org (salesforce account in addition to the trailhead one you have) then link the 2 accounts. Then you can download the adoption dashboards.    - You then need to open up Classic to complete the challenge.
