I know under user management you can see when they logged in but is there a way to find out the length of time signed in?

@Cody: Salesforce does not keep track of how long a user is logged into the application.

The only thing that is tracked is Login Date/Time for each login attempt.

Some users may log in 30 times in one day and others may log in once a day but actively use it the whole time. Salesforce does not track application usage just the date and time which the user logged in.

But Yes, you want to create a Summary or Matrix Report and select

    Category: Administration Reports

    Report Type: Users

The field you want to summarize is located in the User Login History section: Login Date.

There are a few things that you want to be careful of, if you only want the count of times they Logged into Salesforce.com then you want to filter the User Login History.ClientType to count only Browser and Mobile logins so that you don't count MS-Outook synchronization or other clients.
