VR Help

Need help creating a VR. I have a field called Contact Role, Contact_Role__c, (on Account) which is a picklist. If a Contact Role exists with one of the picklist options chosen, another Contact Role cannot exist with that same picklist option.

Ex: Jon's Contact Role = CEO, on the same account, Kim tries to select CEO as her Contact Role, I need the VR to fire here
