workflow to tick checkbox based on a Yes/No condition

Hi Guys, I need help pleasssseee... I'm trying to set up a workflow that ticks a checkbox when a "Yes" option is selected. How would you suggest I go about this please. I have tried doing this with a workflow & field update but didn't get anywhere. Please see details below workflow to tick checkbox based on a Yes/No condition

The workflow looks good, so lets see.

Have you already activated the particular workflow?
