For some reason, I have certain profiles that have reported an error message that is preventing them from creating a CPQ quote. These process builder folows have been in place for over a year. If I deactivate one flow, the next flow will trigger a failed exception.
Here's an example of failed message:
Error element myDecision (FlowDecision).
The flow failed to access the value for myVariable_current.SBQQ__Opportunity2__r.RecordType.Name because it hasn't been set or assigned.
But theese fields have been set with values, so I don't know why all of a sudden users are running into this error.
I as a Sys Admin can create the quote without running into the failed process builder flows.
I will see we are in the process of moving to lightning, but I have not made any changes to the process flows.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening now?

Hi Kim
Please make sure that this field SBQQ__Opportunity2__c has value in it. Secondly check fields (RecordTypeId, SBQQ__Opportunity2__c) level security for users as well.
