Can anyone tell me the easiest way of writing 'if a case is modified by the cases; contact change case status to open' in Process Builder?

Hi Emma - I think you may have some mistakes i nthe description above... what does 'case is modified by the cases' mean? or 'contact change case status to open'?
I assume you mean - 'contact changed by user' and 'change case status to open'??
