How do you enforce that an opportunity stage can only be selected based on 100% probability?

How do you enforce that an Opportunity can only be marked "Closed Won" if the probably = 100%?

I am trying to use a Validation Rule on the Opportunity - is this correct and if so what formula should I be using?

Hi Steve

This doesn't seem to work either unfortunately - I input a percentage of 75% and it allows me to mark the opportunity as closed-won. Any ideas of how to change the formula? Thanks
