I used the syntax below:
AND(
OR(
ISBLANK(Contacts),
ISBLANK(Email)
),
Checkbox = FALSE
)
I can't make it work because, it wants me to still check the checkbox even though I already entered a value in contacts field. What am I doing wrong?
