Hello-

Fairly new to Salesforce and working on moving my company over from Zoho CRM, so I've been using the product for about 5 weeks now.  I've done all the data migration, layouts, fields, workflows, updates and built several processes but am stuck at one final thing - it seems like it should be a Process Builder solution, but I've been unable to figure it out.

Use Case: When one of our outbound sales reps creates an Event on a Lead they I want to give them the option to assign it to a Warm Lead or Hot Lead queue for our sales reps.  I'm using an app to make specified queues automatically assign in roundrobin fashion.  Ideally when the lead has been re-assigned to a sales rep it changes ownership of both the Lead and the related Event.

What I Was Thinking: I created a hidden field on the lead record, and my thought was that depending on whether it was a hot lead/warm lead the Event would update this Lead field to be either Hot or Warm.  Once that field was populated I thought I may be able to then change ownership to the appropriate queue and update related events.

My Problem: I can't seem to find any way to update a lead from an event!  Is this even possible?  Am I completely looking at this the wrong way?  I've spend a few hours looking around the success site and Google and haven't seemed to find anything super helpful, but I may be looking for the wrong thing.  Any advice would ber very much appreciate.

Thanks!

Your going to have to use a process builer and a flow.  Your flow is going to do all the work. Your process builer is just going to call the flow.
