Create a CASE Queue with the To Address

Dear All, 

 

I connect email 1 to Case.  Email 1 receive  email  from three different sources. 

 

i wish to separate those ( To Address) in three queues in case. 

 

Any idea ?

    Hi Amin,

     

    i tried by creating a sample email to case and it is working for me.

     

    here what i have used 

     

    Rule criteira:

     

    Email Message: From AddressEQUALS your from address

     

    action:

     

    Field updates:

     

    ObjectEmail Message

     

    Field to UpdateCase: Case Owner

     

    Field value  :  ypour queue
