I was told that we have to use the word APPROVE, APPROVED, YES, REJECT, REJECTED, or NO must be in the very first line of the reply email for salesforce.com to process our response. Since we are a local company using Chinese Simiplied Language, can we use Chiense words like "同意" for email approval? thank you!!
