I have 2 picklist. i want to set their visibility based on the stage value. I am using stage value, which is working for other text fields but not working for the picklist fields. kindly assist me therein. choice type is picklist type

You can set Field dependency between some Picklist and other field, "Stage" or "Status" for example in Setup-Object Manager - Fields and Relationships. It means that if Stage or Status fields are assigned to some specific option and user is trying to select some options from this dependent Picklist, SF will display specific set of options that you can pre-set in Object Manager.
Then you can select as "Select Choise" in flow New Resource - select Picklist Choise Set , select Object, Picklist and then select this existing Picklist field. I assume that then this picklist should follow all properties from Object MAnager and you will see set of options that dependens from other field (Stage or State - your choise).
