How do I create a simple sales revenue target chart like this:

How do I create a simple sales revenue target chart

So each month there would be a specific target and it would also show a percentage of the total target as in the image above.

Here's something that I built a while back using the standard Opportunity object and a custom "Quota" Record Type, Sales Processe, and Page Layout.
