COD WWII error code 69756 connection error

Customer is having issues connecting top the servers. Customer has completed the usual resets to router and system. Still can't connect to servers.

    As far as I know, COD WWII stands for Call of Duty World at War II, it's first person shooting game, which I love.., but it has nothing to do with Salesforce.

     

    The error is because of that game, not because of anything related to Salesforce.
