I added the letterhead, mail template and the used documents (pictures) for the letterhead to GIT. After Deployment the received test email doesnt show the letterhead, only the mail template.
I checked if the letterhead is deployed to the org and if it is set to active. Also the letterhead is shown in preview mode of the html template.
While creating the mail template I noticed something similar. I changed the letterhead, but the send test mail would only show the old version of letterhead around the mail. The updated letterhead would only appear when creating a new mail template with the updated letterhead. It does not show changes of letterhead when just editing the mail template.
I guess as a workaround I could create the same mail template again in the other org and choose the available letterhead, but I wanted to ask if there are any other solutions or things I havent done correctly?
This would be quite a lot of work to create new mail templates manually in every Sandbox.
