I need to exclude changes to 2 fields from all Contract Validation Rules.
I have:
AND(
ADI_Contact__r.Inactive__c = True
NOT(ISCHANGED( Coupon_Loaded__c )),
NOT(ISCHANGED( Coupon_Approved__c))
)
But I want it to fire when a Contract is edited and the 'ADI Contact.Inactive' field = True but NOT if the field edit that triggered the VR was either Coupon Loaded or Coupon Approved. I need an OR in there somewhere, I think?

Hi Leonardi, thank you; that passes syntax tests, but once I add it to working Validation Rules it's triggering an 'unhandled fault' error upon save of the record so I'm unable to verify that it works!
Back to the drawing board...
