Edit of page layout not appearing in mobile

Question

Edited page layout (Lead) and added standard field (Campaign) and saved (not in preview for standard users since this only shows up for new lead). The change does not appear in SalesForce1 when I select New lead. What am I missing?

@Jody : If you want to apply the changes to the mobile version of the page layout , then you have to also change in the  mobile cards .  Check this link for more information  https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.salesforce1.meta/salesforce1/page_layouts_how_they_work_in_s1.htm  .
