How can I change tasks or notes which are assigned to a collegue?

I would like to make changes in a task which I have assigned to my collegue. Or add a remark as a addition to his notes. Currently I get the notion that I am not authorised to do so. However our Key-user can not find which setting chould be altered. Can anyone help me?

You would have to talk to your Salesforce System Administrator to see what the business policies are for your company. If it is allowed, your System Administrator can grant you the required permissions.
