    Hi Hema,

Scheduled actions don't work like immediate actions. So, what happens is that based on a record edit or creation and based on a field change, the scheduled actions will fire. If you have set a condition like below

    Date + 30 days

in scheduled actions and when the record is created or edited and the field value is changed, the process stores this info in queue also called as Paused and Waiting flow Interviews under Setup and fires when the Date + 30 days is reached. I hope this is clear. But if you try to edit the record in between and change the date value it will still store the old queue that you created, and it will also create a new queue.
