How to customize a Community User's My Account page in a Community?

I am in the Community Builder and I don't see anyway to customize the "My Account" page for a Community User. This page can be found under the the users Profile Picture in the Napili themed Community.

I essentially want to remove the Chatter feed from that page but I am not sure how to go about doing that.
