Giving Chatter Only users access to all accounts

We have several employees who are chatter only users. Currently our OWD is read/write but we are in the process of changing to private in order to deploy a customer community.

 

I have maintained our settings through profiles for all users except chatter only users. The chater only profiles don't have the view all accounts option. How can I make it so these users can view all accounts, without making that the OWD?

    Hi Megan,

     

    Can u try using a sharing rule once u have made the OWD Private to share the accounts with the Profile.U might need to create a public group first with all those Users
