Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
We can't find the 'Send Email' macro. Ensure the Macro sends an email to the customer.
I have read all of the suggestions on this site and others, but I've found no way to get around this.
Email Template:
Hey {!Recipient.FirstName}, Sorry to hear that your panels aren't generating the power you hoped for. Based on our research, it appears the low power produced is related to the cloudy weather in your area recently. In the worst conditions, Ursa Major panels produce ~25% of maximum power. If you have additional questions, please give us a call and reference case {!Case.CaseNumber}. Thanks! {!Case.OwnerFirstName}, Ursa Major Solar
Macros:
I've created a 2nd playground and rebuilt it... same error message. I've removed the email template, recreated it, same with quick text and macros. Not sure where to go from here. Any and all leads are appreciated.

- Please make sure you Signed up for a free org with special configuration
- Please check prerequisite.
- If not working, then log the case.
