Service Cloud Specialist Superbadge step 3. "can't find the correct Milestones for High Priority Cases"

Has anyone succesfully completed the configuration of Milestones and Entitlement Process for step 3 of the Service Cloud Specialist Superbadge?  If so, I could use a little coaching.

 

I've rebuilt this multiple times and used different browsers, but sill receive the error:

 

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:

 

We can't find the correct Milestones for High Priority Cases. Ensure Milestones are configured properly for High Priority Cases.

 

I followed the suggestion by "Justin" on a different posting, but those steps do not lead to success.

    I rebuilt it from the ground up with same parameters and it worked.  Not the first time I've had to rebuild from the ground up.
