We’re implementing Leads , and Queue Members. How can I report on which queue members have addresses which Leads. I’d like to create report that reflects the productivity of each queue member. Is the Last Modified field the only option. Are the Queue report types helpful?
How are you tracking which Leads they've addressed? You could use Activities to see what actions have been done. A former client of mine used a simple picklist status of "working" to track Leads that had been picked up.
