We have a JS button in salesforce that runs a aspx page in the website which inturn connects to salesforce to get the record ID,Certificate ID,PDF ID etc..
At this point it throws a Error "An error occurred: UNSUPPORTED_CLIENT: TLS 1.0 has been disabled in this organisation. Please use TLS 1.1 or higher when connecting to salesforce using https"
We have followed all the steps that was mentioned https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000221207&type=1
however that one part is not working for us and the issue is not constant it work for some time and it wont work later. we have only 4 user who use to run that process.
please advise how to address this issue
