Formula for 18 digit SF ID on Opportunity Service/Product

I currently have a formula field on the Opportunity Service/Product Object (a.k.a Opportunity Line Item).  It is a Text formula field with the formula of CASESAFEID(Id).  I would expect it to give me the 18 digit Salesforce ID of the Opportunity Service/Product record, but it returns nothing.  I have looked at field level security, and it is visible for the profile the expected user is under.  Does anyone know of the formula it should be to return the 18 digit Opportunity Service/Product record I am under?

    I figured it out after I wrote back.  The page was caching which was causing the problem.

     

    The reason I questioned it was because the other objects where I had similar fields to call in the 18 digit was working fine.  Thanks guys!
