Manage Campaign Member Button without Edit Access to the Campaigns

Question

Is there any way a User could access the Manage Camapgin Member button without granting them the Edit access for Campaigns? We would like to keep everything Read only for our Standard Users but some of our Campaigns have hundreds and thousands of Members and it would be very inefficient to continue hitting "Show More" and without the capability to filtered search. I understand Reports could be a solution for this but it would be more intuitive for a User to access Campaign Members from the Campaign page they are on.

Hi Richard,

The edit access to the Campaign is required in order to view the Manage Members page. As a workaround, you may try using Validation Rules instead to prevent users from editing the Campaign record.
