I have 2 differents Record Type for Lead and other 2 for Account.
I have problems with the conversion, because the recordtypes in Account have differents fields, like PersonMobilePhone. It doesn't appear in Business Account.
Do you know if I can mapping differents fields in base of RecordType?

You cannot map separate fields depending on record types. What you need to do though is to at least make sure that the required fields on Account are mapped and that they are populated on the lead.
