Opp/Quote sync checkbox not working

The checkbox that syncs a quote to an opportunity isn't working. It doesn't even let me interact with it. I'm not sure where to even start with troubleshooting this issue.

    Hi Victoria,

     

    Update SyncedQuoteID field on Opportunity from Process Builder, don't try to update through apex code because you can change SyncedQuoteID from apex then IsSyncing checkbox on Quote automatically changes to True.
