What is the best way to hide articles from search results in the napili template?

A handful of articles need to be kept out of search results, but still need to be assigned to a featured category and subtopic.  The only way I know how to do this is to skip the step where you add the articles to the navigational topics. Does this method work, or is that the best way?

    Hi Naveen,

     

    I'm don't think I worded my question correctly.  We need articles to show up in search results, but there are 3 articles that we do not want to show up in the search results.  Is there any other way to do this besides not adding them to navigational topics?
