Multiple Custom Field Picklists

I added a custom field text pickist to my referral page. Is there any way to create a repeating picklist of that same custom field? For example, I select option A of that picklist, it then causes the same picklist to appear an additional time, and every time I enter one another one appears. Is this doable? 

 

Also, is there any way to create a calendar dependant on a picklist?

    Could we get more context? But I think you are going to have to build a lightning component.
