I would like to be able to report on the time difference between a time a case changes ownership to the first email sent. Is there a way I can do this in reporting?

Hi Terrance,
You will need 2 date/time fields to do this.
Create a date/time field to capture the ownership change and a second date time field to capture when the first email is sent
you will need to use process builders to update the date/time fields when the events happen(case ownership change, first email is received)
