The tab says "Send Em" adn the "related to:" select box is compressed to be virtually unreadable.
This is in the latest Chrome browser.

Hi Dave,
Yes it seems to be the case, I understand that they have aligned the tab space. You can hover over and will display the full text.
You can open a case to discuss with salesforce if this should be a 'known issue' although, not sure if it will meet the criteria to be honest.
